The fundamental part of the TECHMATIK company is the machining department, which offers a wide range of services using modern metalworking technologies. The department is an integral part of the process of manufacturing molds and machines for the production of paving stones and concrete accessories. The range of processing possibilities is very wide. The heat treatment department was organized simultaneously with the mechanical processing departments and assembly departments in order to close the full technological process of the production of molds and machines for concrete accessories. Investing in modern equipment, which is the equipment of the department, was a necessary condition for the production of high-performance machines and devices. Properly performed heat treatment guarantees a long service life of our machines and molds for the production of paving stones and concrete accessories.

One of the specializations of our company is modern metalworking technologies. The experience we collect in cooperation with international and domestic companies is focused on the precision and machine industries. This specialization requires accurate control measurements to help determine whether the manufactured products are of high quality. Our measuring office uses modern, precise machines and measuring devices, and the staff has appropriate qualifications and certificates of competence. From the beginning of the company's existence, we have been guided by the principle of partnership cooperation with our contractors, focused on the comprehensive implementation of the needs and requirements specified by the client.
SERVICES
- 3D geometric measurements on the coordinate coordinate machine • WENZEL and the FARO portable measuring arm (measurement of shape errors, position, spacing, diameters, cylindricity, parallelism, perpendicularity, flatness, coaxiality, angle measurements etc.);
- 2D measurements with a precise TESA column (altimeter) - a device measuring in 1 or 2 coordinate axes; used for measuring length, height, depth, steps and spacing on geometric elements with plane-parallel and cylindrical circular surfaces, the diameters of holes and shafts;
- Using the FARO laser scanner to create a solid model of a physically existing product / structure (used in design) and to compare the actual product with the design model;
- Non-destructive testing of welded joints of steel structures and sheets:
- visual tests (VT) according to PN-EN 970, quality levels according to PN-EN ISO 5817;
- ultrasonic testing (UT) with the KRAUTKRAMER flaw detector for welded joints and sheets with a thickness of min. 6 mm - detection of internal defects from 0.01 mm in size, including surface and subsurface defects (cracks, delamination, material discontinuities, etc.); the device also allows thickness measurement, used primarily for structures highly exposed to corrosion, where it cannot be measured using traditional methods (pipelines, tanks, silos, etc.); tests are performed according to PN-EN 1712 and PN-EN10160 standards; quality levels - according to PN-EN ISO 5817. Our employees have international metrological certificates and VT2 and UT2 qualifications according to PN-EN 473, issued by the Welding Institute.
