Walking Concrete Press Multi 12000 PRO Technology

• Feeder Drive – Transfer of torque from hydraulic motors to racks using specially designed gears. The use of these gears improves the dynamics of the feeder’s operation. The composition of different materials reduces noise and protects against excessive wear of feeder mechanisms.
• Linear Bearings – Precise guidance and positioning of cooperating elements of the matrix and punch result in less wear of forms for the production of concrete products.
• Machine Drive – Electric system based on a gearmotor and belt drive, controlled by a frequency converter, allowing smooth operation of the concrete press.
• Traverse Drive (Punch) and Mold Box Drive (Matrix) – System realized through a set of hydraulic cylinders and shafts bearing and mounted on supports of special construction, based on the machine’s body.
