The new SHP 5500 PRO is integrated with Techmatik’s proprietary Automation & Monitoring System (AMS), providing complete control over all machine parameters and the entire production line. What Makes the SHP 5500 PRO Stand Out?
Above all, it offers the best concrete compaction on the market — combining intense vibration with a tamper force of 13 tons applied 47 times per second, producing an impressive 611 tons of compaction force every second. This results in extremely durable, uniform, and high-quality concrete products.
We’ve also introduced linear bearings, which ensure the highest precision in the tamper head’s impact on the mold. This not only improves the forming quality but also significantly extends mold lifespan.
Additionally, the unique 4-point mold positioning system — operating in two planes — effectively solves common issues like shifting mold feet and play, significantly improving forming stability and product consistency.
The quick mold change system makes it easy and repeatable to replace molds — even for less experienced operators. It reduces mold change time to just 15 minutes (from low to low or high to high mold).
Thanks to the use of oil microfiltration in the hydraulic system, contaminants are effectively removed, maintaining high oil quality for longer and protecting components from premature wear. This leads to lower maintenance costs and improved reliability.
And finally: simplicity and reliability. We’ve reduced unnecessary electronics and retained only the essential systems. As a result, the SHP 5500 PRO is resistant to failures and remains reliable even in tough working conditions.
